First: Return and Exchange Policy 1. Time Frame

  • The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Replacement is available during the warranty period specified for each product, subject to approved conditions.

2. General Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition , with original packaging, all accessories and invoices.
  • In the event of purchasing a package , all of the products comprising it must be returned in the same original condition.
  • If the reason for the return or exchange is not due to an error by the store or shipping company , the customer bears the shipping costs.

3. Terms for Technical Products

  • Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect .
  • The application will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Misuse, breakage, or damage.
  • Operating in ways not recommended or using incompatible accessories.
  • Expose the product to water or moisture if it is not designed for that purpose.

4. Products that are not returnable or exchangeable

  • Electronic devices such as: mobile phones, tablets, laptops.
  • Apple products, e-vouchers, cards and gifts.

Second: Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Scope

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only , and does not include:
  • Misuse.
  • break or cut
  • Carrying out maintenance outside authorized service centers.
  • Using incompatible accessories.
  • Products offered as gifts are covered by the agent's warranty only.

2. Guarantee mechanism

  • If the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced if it is beyond repair.
  • If the product is found to be defective or misused, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

3. Fair Use Policy

  • When replacing a product with a new one, 5% of its original value will be deducted monthly , up to a maximum of 80% of the total value.

4. Unavailable Products

  • If the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted to select a suitable alternative.

5. Examination duration

  • The inspection process takes 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

Third: Additional instructions

  • Saadcom Telecom reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock shortage, and to refund the customer.
