Notification and Shipping Policy - Saadcom Communications

Post-order confirmation stage: Once the purchase process is completed through Saadkom Communications Store, the following will be sent:

  • Text message: Contains order confirmation.
  • Electronic invoice: sent via email showing all order details.

Shipment preparation stage

After the order is processed by our shipping team:

  • Shipment Notification: Sending the shipment tracking number via text message and email, enabling the customer to track the shipment status directly with the selected shipping company.
  • Shipping Company Notification: Upon receipt of the shipment from the shipping company, a message is sent to confirm the customer's location or the nearest branch for collection.

Shipping and delivery time

  • Domestic shipping (within the Kingdom): 1 to 3 business days on average, excluding remote areas or areas not served by shipping company branches.
  • International shipping: 5 to 8 business days, depending on the policies of the selected shipping company.

Procedures in case of delay

  • If the delivery time exceeds 3 business days for domestic orders, the customer can check the shipment status through his account in the store.
  • He can also contact the customer service team to expedite the process.

Delivery and delivery services

  • Delivery to registered address: directly to home or work.
